	Charmaine (Lead singer / Percussion) has been singing since she was too young to remember. On her own, she is the winner of many local karaoke contests and has built herself quite a following. "C" or "Char", as we like to call her, has a very unique, variable octave voice that can bring you from Patsy Cline and Tammy Wynette to the oldies and Motown era to Stevie Nicks and Diana Ross (her favorites) and some blues to boot. "Char" is also the Out On Bail Band leader and the designer of the band's many props. This is quite an accomplishment for this fine, well-liked lady. Charmaine performed at the Jaffrey fireworks show as part of the JAFFREY JUNCTION band in front of a crowd of 25,000+.

	Victor (Lead with vocals) has played in many bands through the years and adds a strong rhythm to the Out on Bail Band's sound. He enjoys many musical styles and adds his own special vocal styles to his vocal repertoire. Victor plays lead and rhythm and has proven himself to be a very important asset to the Out on Bail Band. He has been with the band for over a year now and he has high energy and is very dedicated to the band. He has a lot of talent and we are all fortunate to have him as a member of the band.
